Chuck Williams of CLW was a godsend with my Impact store resets in Phoenix. As I entered the Phoenix market, I was also juggling projects in San Diego, Denver, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. I needed a General Contractor that I could guide with the scope and vision of an evolving program and one that could implement to the strict standards of our new plan. CLW was instrumental in identifying local issues and requirements and keeping our projects legal as well as on schedule. Our stores were not cookie cutter stores and Chucks team was diligent in adapting our plan given diverse footprints. Chuck always stressed safety, not only for his team but for the wellbeing of our customers. Our projects always occurred while our stores were open for business. In relation to other markets I am managing, I found the cost of work from CLW to be most economical. CLW always had a supervisor on site and over the course of an 18 month period, we completed 18 stores in the Phoenix market. As I have moved on to Sacramento, Portland, Billings, Spokane and Seattle, Chuck has consulted and helped to identify quality contractors specifically in the Northern California area.
